Recommended Headsets for Customer Service Professionals
The headset should be a professional headset which is planned for the open office and long time use. The user experience is always personal and therefore the employees should be involved in the selection of headsets.
Keep following issues in your mind when doing the selection of headsets:
- Wired headset is recommended because of endless speech time and better video – audio sync.
- On-ear and over-ear models are both recommended. However, this depends on user preferences.
- Noise reduction with switch on/off is recommended.
- Red light signal when on the video/phone call is very useful
- Mute is recommended feature in microphone. Mechanic mute on/off is very useful feature (microphone up = off).

The video camera should be a professional model which works well in office lighting.
